The LBCF Nonprofit Center was established to provide quality, affordable office spaces for Long Beach-based 501(c)(3) organizations. Leases are offered at below-market rates to qualified local nonprofits to assist these organizations in fulfilling their mission to serve the community. The building provides a collaborative environment for nonprofits with shared amenities including a conference room, multi-media presentation equipment, full-color copier, and kitchen amenities. The building is currently fully occupied, however, a waitlist is maintained for vacancy opportunities.
